The use of this modern Italian production line, which can produce 90 to 100 thousand sets of broom metal handles daily, covers capabilities such as the production of broom metal handles with different lengths from 60 cm to 150 cm. It also produces metal handles in the form of electrostatic powder paint as well as plastic covers with a variety of 10 different colors (red, blue, white, yellow, orange, silver, purple, green, brown, black, etc.). This machine is designed only for the production of cleaning metal handles and only hard steel sheet with a thickness of 0.2 to 0.4 is used in this production. Royal metal handles with standard length of 120 cm and diameter of 21 mm have high quality and strength. This modern European product line is fully automatic and has a packaging system that is fully computer controlled and has a package capacity of 4000 pieces, and is cost-effective and excellent export.
